Service and Maintenance
Services are offered at many different levels, the key concept is our modular service contract which can be tailored to meet the requirements of individual needs, and which allows clients to choose only those services they require.
Calls can be logged via telephone, E-mail or via our Web Portal, E-Service.
We pride ourselves on our ‘can do’, flexible approach to your business needs, with fast response and resolution times.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE VISITS
- Regular site visits by a field service engineer identify potential problems and extend equipment life.
- Equipment is checked, cleaned and configured to ensure that it continues to perform to the highest possible standards.
- On completion of the PM a report will be provided to the client identifying work undertaken and any work outstanding.
EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS
- Our engineers are located across the UK and internationally to respond quickly within the response time set.
- Equipped with information from our Service Management System, our Field Service Engineers arrive with sufficient tools and spares and endeavour to complete any work in a single visit.
WORKSHOP REPAIRS
- Any products that cannot be repaired on site are returned to Electrosonic’s headquarters for bench review or return to manufacturers as required.
- The product is given priority status, repaired and re-installed as soon as possible.
- We aim to ensure minimum downtime to the system.
REPLACEMENT AND SPARE PARTS
- If your system requires any spares or replacement parts, these are included in the contract.
- The scope of these parts is exhaustive, from resistors to complete boards.
- Consumables are excluded.
LOANS
- If a problem or a fault cannot be resolved during the Engineer’s visit, it may be necessary to remove an item of equipment for repair. To reduce the inconvenience on site, where practical and available, a replacement will be provided from Electrosonic loan stocks and fitted to ensure that there is minimum downtime.
24 HOUR TELEPHONE SUPPORT
- Our engineers will be on call 24 hrs a day 7 days a week to respond to your call.
- Any technical requests for support will be provided by a suitably qualified Engineer
